There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Topsail Island, Jacksonville, NC and surrounding area real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

I  have been in the real estate business since 1996. Because of my knowledge of Topsail Island , Jacksonville and the surrounding area, I am highly qualified to evaluate the value of properties for the Greater Topsail Island and Jacksonville Area.  My husband, Robert and I have been married, for 34 years. Robert is an aircraft sheet metal mechanic for NADEP at the Military Base of Cherry Point, NC. We have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. Working as a team has given me more quality time with my family.

I  have served on the Topsail Island Association of Realtors’ Board of Directors as the Secretary for 3 terms and is the Past President for 2004.  I am also a member of the Jacksonville Multiple Listing Service. I was voted by my peers as the 2002 TIAR Realtor of the Year.  Currently serves as the MLS Chair  for TIAR, and I am on the TIAR Board of Directors. I  hold the title of Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer and have been awarded several awards for my outstanding work. I am involved with my church and also help with the Reaching Hearts Ministry, which assist single mothers, widows in need, and brings the gospel to women in prison.

Born and raised  locally, I graduated from Dixon High School, a local school near the Island. Topsail Island has always been the beach I and my family have enjoyed. My three children all graduated from the local schools, and now my grandchildren will be growing up in the area as well. I have a stake in the future of this community.
